On June 28 our microscope specialist Bismark Madera visited University of Puerto Rico Mayaguez Campus to participate on summer seminar in collaboration with RUM and Nikon. Several presentations were given on microscope subjects by experts. On the next day the Neuroimaging and Electrophysiology Facility hosted over 20 students for a hands-on experience. Seed Project

Outreach

This is a great investigation opportunity for High School students. Those students are selected by the American Chemical Society under their standard requirements. Selected students participate in the program spend 8 weeks during the summer learning and practicing different techniques on a participating laboratory.
